LIKE THE APARTMENT?

Please read these directions first. After clicking "Fill Out an Application", you will be redirected to our online rental application. There are three steps in the online application process:

Step 1. Fill out the Rental Application.
Step 2. Agree to the Authorization Form.
Step 3. Pay the application fee.

You must complete every step in order for your application to be processed.

1. HAVE ALL ADULT APPLICANTS AND/OR CO-SIGNERS FILL OUT APPLICATION.

Although you don't have to have perfect credit in order to rent one of our apartments, you do need to have decent credit. What does that mean? It means that you've made the vast majority of your payments on time and as agreed (i.e. credit cards, auto loans, school loans, etc.). We also take rental history and employment verification (or other source of income) into account. Long story short, if your credit is horrendous and you've just been evicted for not paying your rent, your $50 would be better spent on something other than on our rental application. (Sad but true!)

A co-signer may be necessary if you have no or very little credit history, not to offset poor credit.

Please note that ALL of our apartments are NON-SMOKING.

2. SUBMIT APPLICATION(S) ALONG WITH A $50 FEE PER APPLICATION PLUS A $100 RETAINER TO HOLD THE APARTMENT FOR YOU.

This deposit will be applied toward your move-in costs when the lease is signed.

In the event your application is not approved, the $100 retainer will be returned in full via certified mail to the address you listed on your application. If it is returned to us for any reason, a $35 handling fee will be deducted for every additional time we have to mail it out to you so please make sure the address you list on your application is correct and that you're registered with the post office as being an occupant there.

If you fail to sign the lease or to pay the necessary move-in funds for any reason within 72 hours of your application being accepted, your deposit will be forfeited so please don't submit an application if you're not sure you want the apartment or can sign the lease and pay the move-in funds within that time period.

3. PLEASE NOTE: PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR INITIAL PAYMENTS.

Funds must be paid in the form of a certified check or money order (no personal checks, please). You can also pay the application fees online (third party processing fees apply).

4. MAIL OR DROP OFF COMPLETED APPLICATION(S) ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FEE(S) AND $100 RETAINER TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.

Please note that our office hours are Monday - Friday by appointment only. If we're not here when you come by, you may drop your application and funds in our secure drop box located on the front lefthand corner of our building.
