Anna brings a genuine warmth to the real estate profession. How many Realtors do you know who bring their clients homemade empanadas? Prior to joining the sales team, Anna was a nurse for 12 years and continues to have an amazing “bedside manor” with everyone involved in her transactions. Not only is her work ethic legendary, she is fluent in Spanish. Specializing in areas like Tower Grove South, Shaw, St. Louis Hills, Kirkwood, Webster, and Glendale, Anna loves helping both buyers and sellers. When she’s not hard at work, Anna is repurposing vintage furniture, helping out at her parish, ordering her favorite 14.04 from Pho Grand, and spending quality time with her family.

The thing that sets Ida apart from the crowd is her no-nonsense, straight forward approach to real estate. From day one Ida meant business & secured nearly one million dollars’ worth of property under contract in her first 2 weeks as an agent. Throughout the years she’s continued to maintain those high standards & impresses her clients with her integrity, unrivaled work ethic, steadfast positive attitude & unstoppable drive to supersede customer expectations. This makes her one of the most personable & effective real estate agents. She also loves kids & will keep them entertained while their parents scope out a house. Ida favors areas like South City, U City, & Maryland Heights. She’s even fluent in German, Russian, AND Pig Latin. In her spare time, she enjoys ice skating, snow skiing, & “experimenting with cooking.”

Aileen has a ton of patience and always maintains a “glass half full” mentality. With a background in early childhood education, she was basically coerced by everyone in her life to join the wonderful world of real estate. She loves all of St. Louis but is especially partial to South City, Central West End, Central East, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, Webster, Kirkwood, & Crestwood. In her free time, you can find her Pinteresting, cooking, baking, enjoying free outdoor Summer concerts, and being Super Aunt to a burgeoning number of nieces and nephews.

Emily’s been around real estate for as long as she can remember. I’m guessing her first word wasn’t “Momma” but “counteroffer.” After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she wore a buffalo suit and attended mascot camp, she lived in China and New Zealand. Emily has a passion for educating people on school choices in the City. Please don’t say you need to move out of the City because you have a kid. Her favorite things are her hubby, Brad, her kiddos, Eloise and Jude, and volunteering at Mission St. Louis.

Brad Booker is the only rock-n-roll Realtor that we’ve encountered. Not only is he awesome at his job, he can play the drums while selling your house. He and his wife, Emily, make a formidable team — no house will remain unsold after they get their hands on it! They love their neighborhood, Tower Grove South, and the surrounding areas of South Hampton, North Hampton, Holly Hills, and Shaw. When he’s not searching for the perfect house for his clients, he’s probably golfing, volunteering at Mission St. Louis and Jobs for Life, or spending time outside with his wife, Emily, and their two kiddos.

In a poll conducted exclusively in our office, David Nguyen was voted best dressed Realtor in St. Louis. Not to worry folks, you may get the suit & tie look, but he’s a jeans & t-shirt guy at heart. He climbs rocks, plays with fire, is obsessed with knives & consumes way too much Red Bull– and helps people get into their next home. He’s a life-long St. Louisan who is extremely familiar with all of the wonderful communities it has to offer. From Shaw to St. Charles, David’s got you covered. Let him help you explore and find your perfect new home!

Before Anna came to Garcia Properties, she was a nanny for triplets. So, needless to say, she can multi-task like nobody’s business. Anna offers a fresh perspective on the home buying process and particularly enjoys helping folks househunt in areas like The Hill, Shaw, and Tower Grove South. When she’s not out in the real estate trenches, she’s apt to be running, rock climbing at Climb So iLL, gardening, cooking for her hubby, Neil, or spoiling their dog child, Nala.

Christy specializes in the historic neighborhoods of St. Louis, especially Tower Grove South, Shaw, Compton Heights, and Tower Grove East. She gained a passion for preserving century-old homes while working for a well-known developer. Christy lives in Tower Grove Heights with her husband and three children, and enjoys watching her kids play sports. You could say she is a field hockey/lacrosse/basketball/baseball/soccer mom! She also enjoys traveling, camping, rafting, gardening, and just about anything outdoors!

Jamie grew up in A-Town, no, not Atlanta, Arnold (yes, he’s a child of the burbs). After finishing up at Missouri State he could no longer fend off the need for the city life. He’s called three of the coolest neighborhoods in the city his home; Benton Park, The Hill & Lafayette Square. Based on those locations can you blame him for his love of amazing restaurants & coffee shops? He didn’t always drink coffee, he simply refers to that part of his life as “before”. Jamie’s favorite things are his super-cool wife, Meagan & his frenemy dogs, Logan & Jasper. When he’s not out sellin’ houses, you’ll find Jamie doing anything basketball related, (probably wearing a sweatshirt, don’t ask) or playing the bass in his church band.

Jeannie’s been a proud Saint Louisan her entire life & is lucky enough to have her entire family in this fantastic city with her. As a high school Spanish teacher, she’s got the patience of a saint & can habla espanol with the best of them. Obviously she loves St. Louis but her favorite neighborhoods are South Hampton, The Hill & Tower Grove South. Some things you need to know about Jeannie is that she’s a church-singing, ocean-swimming, salsa-dancing, world-traveler; and when she’s got her feet on the ground in St. Louis you might catch her at the St. Louis International Film Festival, cruising on her mint green bicycle or at a cool new restaurant.

Bridget’s skills as a Realtor began long before getting her real estate license. Growing up as one of six children, you had to be a fierce negotiator to get what you wanted. It also speaks volumes as to her ability to adapt to change in sticky situations. She’s also fiercely loyal to her clients. Bridget was raised in Creve Coeur and purchased her first home in South City after graduating from Regis University in Denver. From Glendale & U City to Lindenwood Park & Shaw, Bridget’s got you covered. Bridget basically lives & breathes real estate; she’ll even give you decorating tips for your big move. At the end of the day, though, she does make time for her husband, Alex, & her adorable twin boys. She loves cooking, traveling, snowboarding, spending time with “The Mom Squad” & running 5K’s.

Realtor by day, Blues musician by night – Joe is one of the coolest cats you’ll meet in the real estate biz. Joe has been playing drums all of his life, he even played professionally on Cruise Ships in his adventurous days. As much as he loves playing the drums, the sales industry was calling to him. Joe has been in sales his entire life. He knows that it’s not just about having knowledge of a product, but also getting to know the client. Joe’s approach in finding the right house for you is to first build a relationship & then to provide top notch service from start to finish. He’s great at thinking outside the box to find the right solutions for his clients. A couple things you should know about Joe; he can’t say “no” to a World’s Fair doughnut & he loves the Cardinals. When he’s not out selling houses or beating on the drums you can catch Joe at a number of local restaurants, barbecuing or hanging out with his kids & lovely wife, Pam. He’s also pretty stoked to be a Grandpa.

In 2014 Rueben sought out the city to boost his career & take advantage of all the opportunities St. Louis has to offer. He loves the vibrant neighborhood of Tower Grove South & discovering all the great local businesses & hidden gems all over the city. Rueben will win you over with his optimism & organization! Stress doesn’t seem to bother him so when the going gets tough, he’s still going to be as cool as a cucumber to see your home sale to the finish line. When he’s not working on the infinite details of your real estate transaction, you can find him gardening, spoiling his dog Lulu or relaxing with an IPA. Oh, and he may or may not be obsessed with listening to NPR.

Courtney’s extends her enthusiasm & energy to every person she meets. Her honesty & sense of humor not only make her an excellent Realtor, but also someone you would want to call a friend. Courtney was born and raised in a small town just an hour south of St. Louis and that small town-feel radiates from her personality. From South County to Ballwin, Central West End to her home in Tower Grove South; Courtney knows STL. As a busy mom, you will always find her with her calendar and a coffee in-hand. She is always up for a new adventure & isn’t afraid of DIY projects around the house. When she’s not tearing things up & putting them back together, she’s the hostess with the most-est & enjoys entertaining her family & friends. She loves her unique life which features a daughter, Elizabeth, significant other, Steve & chew toy enthusiasts, Tiny & Journey.

Although Tara spent 15 years away from her native St. Louis in Denver, she and her family returned home to be back with relatives and the beautiful brick architecture of St. Louis City. While away, Tara’s life was a mix of fashion & flips where she was an Executive Manager at Saks 5th Avenue by day and a rehabber with her husband Tim by night. And so began her love affair with real estate. She has a passion for matching buyers with the perfect home and will go to great lengths to find just the right one. Her high standards of service throughout the entire home buying and selling process puts her clients at ease. Tara loves living in Tower Grove Heights with her husband and 2 boys, Elliot & Sullivan where she enjoys everything that has to do with the great outdoors and exploring the historic neighborhoods of St. Louis. A few things that you can always count on; when you see Tara she always has a smile on her face & cute shoes on her feet.

Although Keri has traveled the globe & has even called Belgium home at one point in her life, she’s a St. Louis gal at heart. She is a big fan of neighborhoods like the Central West End, Clayton & The Hill. Real estate may not have been her initial calling, but her background in Corporate Aviation has definitely helped her refine her A game. Managing the interior build of a 60 million dollar airplane sets the customer service bar pretty high. You think you’ve got high expectations, no problem? Keri doesn’t get intimidated, has an amazing “can-do” attitude & has a stunning track record from negotiating to get what you want for the price you want.
Keri’s a pretty laid back person who admittedly doesn’t have a lot of hobbies. She loves wine & all things wine related (who doesn’t?), so if you see her in her free time you’ll probably notice two things, her handsome husband John sitting next to her & a stemmed glass in her hand. She also has two step-sons who’ve already left the nest & a Goldendoodle fur baby named Nash to keep her company.

Although Carrie is crazy about the City, she’s also holding down the fort for us in South County where she & her little family live. She’s lived in or around St. Louis her entire life and aside from a nice vacation on the beach, St. Louis is where she wants to be. When you meet Carrie you can instantly feel her calm, good natured vibe and you likely won’t meet a more genuine, realistic person. Carrie’s degree in Interior Design will help you find a super cute & stylish place in no time or she can help you get your current home in drool-worthy status and ready to sell. Neighborhoods like Webster Groves, Glendale & Kirkwood hold a special place in Carrie’s heart and she is even willing to face her arch nemesis, traffic, to get there. Carrie’s downtime is spent with her adorable little boy & husband, tooling around on Pinterest.

Teresa is South City to the core & has a ton of pride for her hometown; you can often find her literally pounding the pavement with her fur buddy, Atticus by her side. Teresa exudes confidence both personally and professionally & her no-nonsense attitude is a powerful tool when helping you buy or sell a home. She is sweet on Tower Grove & other neighborhoods like Shaw, Cherokee & Benton Park, just to name a few. Teresa has a great sense of style but hates the word “slacks” so feel free to dress down when meeting with her. When Teresa isn’t out showing houses & shuffling papers you can probably find her out in the woods hiking, paddle boarding or just enjoying a good book. She also loves giving back to her community and is a regular volunteer at the Food Roof Farm and Urban Harvest STL.

Alex’s heart belongs to St. Louis. As a life-long resident, Alex is always out & about soaking up all the amazing things (and food) this town has to offer. As a SLU graduate she jumped right into a professional life as a Financial Analyst & the detail-oriented, punctual part of her loved that job but her kind, helpful nature wanted something more. Alex loves working with first-time home buyers to find new homes. Some of her favorite places are South City, South County, Brentwood & Webster.
Things you must know about Alex: She drives a stick shift & feels like she’s being lazy when she drives an automatic, she actually knows Fredbird (in real life!) & doesn’t know how to ride a bicycle. Alex & her husband love trying new restaurants & recipes & traveling.

For years Jamie dreamed of moving to St. Louis. She loved the big city feel with the small town charm she was accustomed to. After graduating from college in 2000 she made her dreams a reality. Over the next 12 years she worked as a loan officer and escrow closer. Working in the different fields of real estate gives her an advantage when looking at the “big picture.” As M.F.I.C. for the sales team, that pesky perfectionism comes in handy! In her free time, Jamie enjoys hiking, camping, going to wineries with her hubby and cuddling with her 2 kids. She’s also addicted to Pinterest (aren’t we all!) and slightly obsessed with tiaras.
Top to bottom, Ashley’s got this country covered. She was born in Washington state but grew up just outside of Jacksonville, FL in Doctors Inlet (cute town, you should google it). In 2011, with only a car full of belongings, she landed in St. Louis to be with her now-husband, Steve. Although it’s tough to be away from her family, she’s hooked on STL. She loves supporting local businesses & can see the beauty in this City that is often lost on those who have grown up here.
As the company liaison her job includes, well, everything. From the first smile you see when you walk in the door to keeping up with all of our social media, Ashley’s got it covered. When she’s not taking calls & generally helping out with the office madness you’ll find Ashley gaming with her husband, taking pictures of her three silly cats, watching documentaries or with her nose stuck in a book.
As we get older, we feel it’s important to always have at least one “Resident Young Person” around to keep us on our toes. Tara makes sure we’re kept in the loop regarding all things tech & fashion + she teaches us what all the very important “BTW” & “BRB” abbreviations mean that we previously had to Google search to figure out. She helps us out a ton by running around like a chicken with its head cut off–so we don’t have to. So if you’re ever wondering why we seem so relaxed around here, it would be due to her! A South City native, she loves watching scary movies, sporting fun fingernail designs, cooking & hanging out with her family & friends.
From Legnica, Poland to her quiet home in Affton, Dorota brings all kinds of worldly experience to the table. Even before moving to the States she had immersed herself in the real estate world with her studies in geodesy & cartography specializing in economic geodesy & real estate management. She spent 8+ years as an AutoCAD drafter for a land surveying company but left the world of property lines & encroachments for the wilder side of real estate; marketing amazing homes, supporting our agents & generally making sure everything looks its best. Her love of photography & social media makes her shine! The finer things in life, according to Dorota, are her dog, Stanford Stanislawski (A/K/A “Stanny”), homegrown tomatoes, amazing food & traveling (because crossing boundaries is fun). She loves Tower Grove Park for its Farmers Market & outdoor yoga where Stanny can tag along. And depending on who you ask, she may have a slight addiction to Etsy.
Originally from Webster Groves, Renée now calls the South Hampton neighborhood home. She became a city girl in 2007 & and never looked back. With her years of past experience as a pastry chef, Renée has really sweetened the deal here at Garcia Properties. As the processing manager for the sales team, her kind nature & calming personality are excellent qualities when she’s helping to keep things running smoothly. Pinterest has nothing on Renée; her creativity & supreme organizational skills can usually fix any problem that arises; or she can at least distract you with something pretty until it works itself out. Renée is known around the office for her delicious desserts & her love of animals. She even bakes pies to benefit animal charities & rocks some aww-mazing animal clothing & accessories. Things that make her happy include: going on adventures with her husband, Eric, shoes, dogs (well, all animals, really), & fish tacos. If she’s not at the office you can find her sipping coffee with a close friend, crafting cuteness in her DIY room that her husband dubbed “Renée World” & playing with her high-fiving dog, Tater.
