Jenifer has built a boutique brokerage that puts people first. She enjoys training, mentoring & nurturing agents who have become some of St Louis’ top Realtors. She instills in her tribe a focus on making lifelong customers through integrity & thoughtful service. Jenifer loves the challenge of a sale and she’s determined to make St Louis an even more beautiful place. She works closely with developers who transform homes that have fallen on hard times to their original (sometimes better!) glory. Anna Garcia
Real Estate Agent

Anna brings a genuine warmth to the real estate profession. How many Realtors do you know who bring their clients homemade empanadas? Prior to joining the sales team, Anna was a nurse for 12 years and continues to have an amazing “bedside manner” with everyone involved in her transactions. Not only is her work ethic legendary, she is fluent in Spanish. Specializing in areas like Tower Grove South, Shaw, St. Louis Hills, Kirkwood, Webster, and Glendale, Anna loves helping both buyers and sellers. When she’s not hard at work, Anna is repurposing vintage furniture, helping out at her parish, ordering her favorite 14.04 from Pho Grand, and spending quality time with her family.

Ida Sekenova
Real Estate Agent

The thing that sets Ida apart from the crowd is her no-nonsense, straight forward approach to real estate. From day one Ida meant business & secured nearly one million dollars’ worth of property under contract in her first 2 weeks as an agent. Throughout the years she’s continued to maintain those high standards & impresses her clients with her amazing work ethic. She also loves kids & will keep them entertained while their parents scope out a house. Ida favors areas like South City, U City, & Maryland Heights. She’s even fluent in German, Russian, AND Pig Latin. In her spare time, she enjoys ice skating, snow skiing, & “experimenting with cooking.” And if her beau would let her, she’d be that crazy cat lady who rescues any animal in sight.

Dave Nall
Real Estate Agent

Dave Nall knows a quality house when he sees one. With a degree in Construction & numerous historic renovations under his belt he can easily spot a diamond in the rough. Like so many in the Garcia Properties work family, real estate tends to course through his veins. Licensed since 2007, Dave started selling houses in St. Louis & has been an active agent since. He’s spent the last 3 years working with Garcia Development / Garcia Construction. After much persuasion, he’s given up the glamorous life in renovations & has moved his focus back to Sales. Not only is Dave one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet; with a resume like this, you couldn’t find yourself in better hands. Whether you’re buying, selling or interested investment properties, Dave has it handled. His little family, consists of his uber-talented wife, Lauren of Fletcherworks fame & 2 adorable, but rapidly growing kids. If he’s not negotiating or building something you can probably find him with a big smile on his face somewhere in the great outdoors with his family paddling Ozark streams, rock climbing, fishing or camping.

In her free time, you can find her Pinteresting, cooking, baking, enjoying free outdoor Summer concerts, and being Super Aunt to a burgeoning number of nieces and nephews.

Emily Booker
Real Estate Agent

Emily’s been around real estate for as long as she can remember. I’m guessing her first word wasn’t “Momma” but “counteroffer.” After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she wore a buffalo suit and attended mascot camp, she lived in China and New Zealand. Emily has a passion for educating people on school choices in the City. Please don’t say you need to move out of the City because you have a kid. Her favorite things are her hubby, Brad, her kiddos, Eloise and Jude, and volunteering at Mission St. Louis.

Brad Booker
Real Estate Agent

Brad Booker is the only rock-n-roll Realtor that we’ve encountered. Not only is he awesome at his job, he can play the drums while selling your house. He and his wife, Emily, make a formidable team — no house will remain unsold after they get their hands on it! They love their neighborhood, Tower Grove South, and the surrounding areas of South Hampton, North Hampton, Holly Hills, and Shaw. When he’s not searching for the perfect house for his clients, he’s probably golfing, volunteering at Mission St. Louis and Jobs for Life, or spending time outside with his wife, Emily, and their two kiddos.

David Nguyen
Real Estate Agent

In a poll conducted exclusively in our office, David Nguyen was voted best dressed Realtor in St. Louis. Not to worry folks, you may get the suit & tie look, but he’s a jeans & t-shirt guy at heart. He climbs rocks, plays with fire, is obsessed with knives & consumes way too much Red Bull– and helps people get into their next home. He’s a life-long St. Louisan who is extremely familiar with all of the wonderful communities it has to offer. From Shaw to St. Charles, David’s got you covered. Anna Chancellor

Anna has lots of experience in renovations and home design and enjoys helping people see the potential in homes. She offers a fresh perspective on the home buying and selling process. She has lived everywhere from Eureka to Webster to Lafayette Square and is super familiar with the STL region. Christy Andrews
Real Estate Agent

When you meet Christy you’re sure to notice the professionalism & confidence that 15+ years in Real Estate brings.  Her background in project management not only provided a solid foundation for her career but also bestowed upon her a passion for the preservation of historic homes.  Her lack of frustration is contagious & her ability to power through the most stressful situations is a huge asset while in the throes of a real estate transaction.  While historic homes are near & dear to Christy’s heart, she loves serving clients all over the metro area.  Want to know the “real” Christy?  She secretly loves to clean & organize things & on the flipside; hates litterbugs.  With two college kids & one nearly there, she & husband Craig, spend time wondering what life with an empty nest looks like.  While they cherish the time they can be the close-knit family they’ve grown into; it now affords her more time to enjoy the serenity of her garden or kicking around at a Farmers’ Market or winery.

Jamie Givens
Real Estate Agent

Jamie grew up in A-Town, no, not Atlanta, Arnold (yes, he’s a child of the burbs). After finishing up at Missouri State he could no longer fend off the need for the city life. He’s called three of the coolest neighborhoods in the city his home; Benton Park, The Hill & Lafayette Square. Based on those locations can you blame him for his love of amazing restaurants & coffee shops? He didn’t always drink coffee, he simply refers to that part of his life as “before”. Jamie’s favorite things are his super-cool wife, Meagan & his frenemy dogs, Logan & Jasper. When he’s not out sellin’ houses, you’ll find Jamie doing anything basketball related, (probably wearing a sweatshirt, don’t ask) or playing the bass in his church band.

Jeannie Caro
Real Estate Agent

Jeannie’s been a proud Saint Louisan her entire life & is lucky enough to have her entire family in this fantastic city with her. Formerly a high school Spanish teacher, she’s got the patience of a saint & can habla espanol with the best of them. Obviously she loves St. Louis but her favorite neighborhoods are South Hampton, Holly Hills & Tower Grove South. Some things you need to know about Jeannie is that she’s a church-singing, ocean-swimming, salsa-dancing, world-traveler; and when she’s got her feet on the ground in St. Louis you might catch her at the St. Louis International Film Festival, cruising on her mint green bicycle or at a cool new restaurant with her hubby Humberto.

Bridget Rodriguez
Real Estate Agent

Bridget’s skills as a Realtor began long before getting her real estate license. Growing up as one of six children, you had to be a fierce negotiator to get what you wanted. It also speaks volumes as to her ability to adapt to change in sticky situations. She’s also fiercely loyal to her clients. Bridget was raised in Creve Coeur and purchased her first home in South City after graduating from Regis University in Denver. From Glendale & U City to Lindenwood Park & Shaw, Bridget’s got you covered. Bridget basically lives & breathes real estate; she’ll even give you decorating tips for your big move. At the end of the day, though, she does make time for her husband, Alex, & her adorable twin boys. She loves cooking, traveling, snowboarding, spending time with “The Mom Squad” & running 5K’s.

Tara Hacker
Real Estate Agent

Although Tara spent 15 years away from her native St. Louis in Denver, she and her family returned home to be back with relatives and the beautiful brick architecture of St. Louis City. While away, Tara’s life was a mix of fashion & flips where she was an Executive Manager at Saks 5th Avenue by day and a rehabber with her husband Tim by night. And so began her love affair with real estate. She has a passion for matching buyers with the perfect home and will go to great lengths to find just the right one. Her high standards of service throughout the entire home buying and selling process puts her clients at ease. Tara loves living in Tower Grove Heights with her husband and 2 boys, Elliot & Sullivan where she enjoys everything that has to do with the great outdoors and exploring the historic neighborhoods of St. Louis. Carrie Lorenzo
Real Estate Agent

Although Carrie is crazy about the City, she’s also holding down the fort for us in South County where she & her little family live. She’s lived in or around St. Louis her entire life and aside from a nice vacation on the beach, St. Louis is where she wants to be. When you meet Carrie you can instantly feel her calm, good natured vibe and you likely won’t meet a more genuine, realistic person. Carrie’s degree in Interior Design will help you find a super cute & stylish place in no time or she can help you get your current home in drool-worthy status and ready to sell. Neighborhoods like Webster Groves, Glendale & Kirkwood hold a special place in Carrie’s heart and she is even willing to face her arch nemesis, traffic, to get there. Carrie’s downtime is spent with her adorable little boy & husband, tooling around on Pinterest.

Teresa Losito
Real Estate Agent

Teresa is South City to the core & has a ton of pride for her hometown; you can often find her literally pounding the pavement with her fur buddy, Atticus by her side. Teresa exudes confidence both personally and professionally & her no-nonsense attitude is a powerful tool when helping you buy or sell a home. She is sweet on Tower Grove & other neighborhoods like Shaw, Cherokee & Benton Park, just to name a few. Teresa has a great sense of style but hates the word “slacks” so feel free to dress down when meeting with her. When Teresa isn’t out showing houses & shuffling papers you can probably find her out in the woods hiking, paddle boarding or just enjoying a good book. She also loves giving back to her community and is a regular volunteer at the Food Roof Farm and Urban Harvest STL.

Alex Castellano
Real Estate Agent

Alex’s heart belongs to St. Louis. As a life-long resident, Alex is always out & about soaking up all the amazing things (and food) this town has to offer. As a SLU graduate she jumped right into a professional life as a Financial Analyst & the detail-oriented, punctual part of her loved that job but her kind, helpful nature wanted something more. Alex loves working with first-time home buyers to find new homes. Some of her favorite places are South City, South County, Brentwood & Webster.

Things you must know about Alex: She drives a stick shift & feels like she’s being lazy when she drives an automatic, she actually knows Fredbird (in real life!) & doesn’t know how to ride a bicycle. Alex & her husband love trying new restaurants & recipes & traveling.

Stephanie Williams
Real Estate Agent

Originally from Southern California, Stephanie left the Golden State for STL in 2002 & decided she was here to stay. As for her career in real estate, she really didn’t have a choice in the matter. She was born into the world of real estate; her mother an agent & father a mortgage broker. She was answering calls before she could even see a PG-13 movie. She didn’t go quietly into predestined career, she attended college for art & psychology (actually, that might come in handy), joined the circus for a bit (not even kidding) & even created a start-up baking/event company called Sift & Aperture. Once her free spirit was thoroughly entertained she settled into the real estate life & is extremely happy to be doing something she’s not only good at, but something she loves.
When Stephanie’s not counseling buyers & negotiating inspection notices it’s entirely possible she’s got a chai tea latte in her hand or doing a handstand, although not simultaneously. She loves paddle boarding & playing with her black lab. A self-proclaimed stray-magnet, Stephanie has fosters a wide-range of dogs from a variety of circumstances.  She’s worked with Senior Dog Project & Needy Paws to help find animals their forever homes.  She’s also a proud momma of a super-sweet, bilingual (English & Mandarin) 9 year old, seriously, what can’t Stephanie do?

Martina Devine
Real Estate Agent

Martina’s a born & bred Saint Louisan with a “ride or die” love for this city. One of her favorite movie quotes comes from “Meet Me in St. Louis” where Tootie Smith poses the question, “Wasn’t I lucky to be born in my favorite city?”. Martina loves peeling back all the layers & finding new & subtle things in & around the city. She finds romanticism in working with buyers & takes great pleasure in witnessing the love for St. Louis blossom in residents both fresh & native. It’s her lifelong mission to uncover every mystery lurking between our red bricks.
Day or night Martina’s got mad love for this city. When she’s not out helping you find your property soul-mate she’s likely doing life with her hubby, Dave the Barber. They explore the new, obscure and/or popular places scattered throughout our diverse neighborhoods. She’s a regular supporter of St. Louis’ parks, theaters & vintage shops. Did we also mention she throws epic parties which may or may not include her world famous sangria?

Mollie Bliss
Real Estate Agent

Meet Mollie! She’s originally from Eureka but now lives in Kirkwood with her hubby & dogs (who may, or may not have their own Facebook pages). Mollie’s outgoing personality has given her a life full of fun & friends from all over the City & County, so she can get you pretty much wherever you need to go. With a degree in public relations, her communication skills are top notch & she gives sage advice. Don’t be fooled by the seriousness of her past life in PR, I mean, she did have a donut wall at her wedding. A little 411 into the secret life of Mollie, she goes BIG celebrating every holiday, she’ll give pretty much any recipe a try at least once (especially if there’s bacon involved), she hates spiders (I mean, who doesn’t?) & she’s dubbed herself an official St Louis beer sampler. When she’s not showing houses & shuffling paperwork you’ll likely find her hiking a beautiful trail with her husband and/or dogs.

Kelsey Snell
Real Estate Agent

Say hello to Kelsey. She’s a hard working-cat loving-St. Louis transplant who would love to help you with your real estate needs. Her background in sales & relationship management means not only does she have mad sales skills, she’ll also nurture the heck out of you while doing it & her calm demeanor is evident the minute you meet her. Her top 3 city neighborhoods are Central West End, Tower Grove & South Hampton. When Kelsey gets a break from her busy life as a Realtor & landlord you’ll likely find her gardening, scouring flea markets for some mid-century modern gems (aquamarine, sunflower, pumpkin & avocado…yes please) or hanging out & having fun with her amazing group of friends.

Elvis Niksic
Real Estate Agent

Elvis is a lifelong St. Louis resident & knows all the neighborhoods like the back of his hand. Before joining the Garcia Properties family, he was working in construction with his own family & learning the art of repairs and renovations. Not only did he acquire some golden skills, he also met a ton of really great & inspiring people along the way. Elvis’ competitive nature will have him working hard to negotiate the best possible deal for you, & his middle child syndrome will ensure low drama. While he’s quite fond of the City, he’s also happy showing clients his love for South County, Webster Groves & other areas. From basketball to soccer to longboarding, Elvis stays very active when he’s not working. He’s also a newlywed & practically has a farm in his back yard complete with chickens, a turkey, turtles, fish & of course his beloved dog. In case you don’t find all of this interesting enough, Elvis also knows how to do magic (well, 3 tricks, still counts though), he can do an impressive amount of pushups & knows how to play the flute. Did we mention he’s fluent in Bosnian? Bonus!

Arin Webber-Wisely
Real Estate Agent

Arin might not be from St. Louis, but being an outsider looking in gives her a fresh, new perspective on how cool this place actually is. Having never visited St. Louis; she took a giant leap & moved from Portland to the Midwest. Thankfully it paid off & she immediately knew she was hooked on St. Louis. Arin isn’t easily intimidated or shy & you’ll likely feel like you’ve known her your entire life the first time you meet her. From her past experience in corporate America she took away a pride in helping her team grow both personally & professionally & is now translating that into successfully helping buyers & sellers achieve their goals as well. Arin’s favorite city spots are Tower Grove, Benton Park, Central West End & of course The Hill (she fittingly named her dogs Vinny & Tony while living there). House hunting with Arin is a ton of fun, but you can’t work all the time. When she’s not writing contracts or returning emails, she likes to hang out with her wife at live comedy shows at The Improv Shop or she’s also down for some wheel throwing. Her ideal Saturday night would be hosting a game night where she can feed her friends & make them fun cocktails.

Joe Bobnick
Real Estate Agent

While not a St. Louis native, Joe is at the tipping point where he’s lived in STL nearly as long as he did in his tiny hometown in upstate New York.  He’s embraced (and resided in) a ton of South City’s finest neighborhoods including Soulard, Dog Town, Benton Park & Fox Park.  Formerly a Flagship Manager & and self-admitted “People Pleaser” for a big printing & shipping company; Joe is a rockstar at controlling the chaos, making sure customers are happy & getting the job done right.  From vinyl to paperbacks, Joe is kind of old school (I bet he’s even got a Trapper Keeper hidden somewhere) & once you get to know him you feel that small town, approachable vibe.  Some interesting tid bits about Joe – he’s fascinated by Native American culture, he was adopted as an infant, his favorite hobby is dj’ing at local events & he hates coffee (please direct all coffee related comments to his email address below). When Joe has down time he’s probably chilling at the movies with his wife-and-kids-to-be or roaming around the neighborhood with his crazy dog, Bodhi.

Dana Jones
Real Estate Agent

If St. Louis had a Spirit Captain, Dana Jones would hands down take the crown.  Dana has earned bragging rights for being a Rams Cheerleader, Cardinals Fredbird Girl, award-winning business owner & a High School Track and Field coach all while being an amazing mom & role model to her two daughters.  These life experiences have given her a chance to meet a wide variety of people & she has learned to respect & work well with just about anyone who crosses her path.  Her creative side allows her to unashamedly admit she’s a daydreamer & has taken an unconventional route of educating herself through travel.  Two things we bet you can’t guess when you meet Dana; she’s quite good at boxing & she’s an excellent hula hooper.  Dana has called Clayton her home for most of her life she also likes hanging out in Maplewood & Richmond Heights.  While Dana is a go, go, go kind of gal (did we mention she rehabs houses for fun?) she does slow it down from time to time to binge watch HGTV, curl up with a good book or just hang out with her husband/high school sweetheart (awe <3).

Jamie Dobbs
Team Leader

314-353-0336 x403

For years Jamie dreamed of moving to St. Louis. She loved the big city feel with the small town charm she was accustomed to. After graduating from college in 2000 she made her dreams a reality. Over the next 12 years she worked as a loan officer and escrow closer. Working in the different fields of real estate gives her an advantage when looking at the “big picture.” As M.F.I.C. for the sales team, that pesky perfectionism comes in handy! In her free time, Jamie enjoys hiking, camping, going to wineries with her hubby and cuddling with her 2 kids. She’s also addicted to Pinterest (aren’t we all!) and slightly obsessed with tiaras.

Ashley Jones
Brand Manager

314-353-0336 x407

Top to bottom, Ashley’s got this country covered. She was born in Washington state but grew up just outside of Jacksonville, FL in Doctors Inlet (cute town, you should google it). In 2011, with only a car full of belongings, she landed in St. Louis to be with her now-husband, Steve. Although it’s tough to be away from her family, she’s hooked on STL. She loves supporting local businesses & can see the beauty in this City that is often lost on those who have grown up here.
As the company liaison her job includes, well, everything. From the first smile you see when you walk in the door to keeping up with all of our social media, Ashley’s got it covered. When she’s not taking calls & generally helping out with the office madness you’ll find Ashley gaming with her husband, taking pictures of her three silly cats, watching documentaries or with her nose stuck in a book.

Dorota Odzierejko
Marketing Whiz

314-353-0336 x417

From Legnica, Poland to her quiet home in Affton, Dorota brings all kinds of worldly experience to the table.  Even before moving to the States she had immersed herself in the real estate world with her studies in geodesy & cartography specializing in economic geodesy & real estate management. She spent 8+ years as an AutoCAD drafter for a land surveying company but left the world of property lines & encroachments for the wilder side of real estate; marketing amazing homes, supporting our agents & generally making sure everything looks its best.  Her love of photography & social media makes her shine! The finer things in life, according to Dorota, are her dog, Stanford Stanislawski (A/K/A “Stanny”), homegrown tomatoes, amazing food & traveling (because crossing boundaries is fun).  She loves Tower Grove Park for its Farmers Market & outdoor yoga where Stanny can tag along.  And depending on who you ask, she may have a slight addiction to Etsy.

Renée Casper-Mrozewski
Countess of Contracts

314-353-0336 x420

Originally from Webster Groves, Renée now calls the South Hampton neighborhood home. She became a city girl in 2007 & and never looked back. With her years of past experience as a pastry chef, Renée has really sweetened the deal here at Garcia Properties. As the processing manager for the sales team, her kind nature & calming personality are excellent qualities when she’s helping to keep things running smoothly. Pinterest has nothing on Renée; her creativity & supreme organizational skills can usually fix any problem that arises; or she can at least distract you with something pretty until it works itself out. Renée is known around the office for her delicious desserts & her love of animals. She even bakes pies to benefit animal charities & rocks some aww-mazing animal clothing & accessories. Things that make her happy include: going on adventures with her husband, Eric, shoes, dogs (well, all animals, really), & fish tacos. If she’s not at the office you can find her sipping coffee with a close friend, crafting cuteness in her DIY room that her husband dubbed “Renée World” & playing with her high-fiving dog, Tater.

Ryan Black
Resident Young Person

314-353-0336 x419

Say hello to Ryan our “Resident Young Person” & newest adoptee from Illinois. Ryan keeps us on our toes & makes sure we’re kept in the loop regarding all things tech & teaches us what all the very important “BTW” & “IKR” abbreviations mean that we previously had to Google to figure out. He helps us out a ton by running around like his pants are on fire whenever the never ending real estate emergencies pop up. Top three reasons you’ll really like Ryan 1) He’s a really hard worker & very trustworthy, 2) He’s always super chill & really friendly, 3) His “every day is a new day” attitude. Having moved to STL in 2017, he’s still quite new to the area but that hasn’t stopped him from embracing this great city. He’s officially given up Bud Light & has taken a liking to our many local craft beers. He has one major love interest in his life at the moment…bags (aka cornhole) & enjoys traveling to tournaments & finding fun new places to play.
